Question: How long does it take to ship?
Answer: Orders are processed Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm EST. Any orders placed outside of those hours will be shipped the next business day.
Question: How long will it take for the product to arrive?
Answer: It depends on where you live. We have warehouses in earch of the shipping zones so it usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive, but it can take a bit longer, while some orders might show up the next day.
If there is bad weather it can take longer for shipping, but notifications will be sent with updates on where your package is. Most of the time it depends on if the shipping carrier is giving updates.
Question: What type of payments do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards, chacks and gift cards as long as there is an address registered to the card.
